Karatbars under fire - why?

In South Africa and also Germany, karatbars has been under fire.It makes one wonders, why such a big orchestrated campaign to discredit Karatbars, because this has been going on for quite a while and every time Karatbars were able to produce the documents to proof their legitimacy. I cannot make a comment on that, I only know that if there is such a campaign, the people running the campaign, going as far as establishing a fake website, must have something to fear.
